Balance hangs handblown glass from curving brass arms. Balance 1.0 sets a 7-inch sphere on a short horizontal arm opposite a 4.5-inch sphere on a longer arm that arches down. Balance 2.0 is symmetrical: its arms curve down to hold the glass, and it hangs on a rigid brass tube stem.
About Balance
Its glass comes in the same two kinds as Peak: dipped, with a flame-polished mouth, or textured, frosted and finely ridged. Balance 2.0 takes a 4.5-inch sphere, a 6-inch ellipsoid or a 7-inch sphere.

SkLO
SkLO designs hand-blown glass lighting, prototyped in Northern California and made by glassblowers in the Czech Republic; its name comes from the Czech word for glass.
