Downlights
Shellby, by Jeffrey Huyghe, sets a glass sphere off-centre in a deep-recessed housing. Modular says the design looks like a spiralling shell, “or an oyster with a pearl in it”, which gave it its name, and that the ball “looks as if it’s floating”.
About Shellby
It comes recessed, with a trim or trimless; the trimless version comes in cast grey, white or black. Two trimless Shellbys, white with a champagne skin, are installed in our Ottawa showroom.
Come and see the sphere lit, and we’ll help you choose the finish.
