Christophe Mathieu designed Discocó in 2008, and Marset calls it the most iconic design in its collection. Layered discs around a chrome sphere give direct light downward and cast a pattern of light and shadow around the room.
About Discocó
It comes in five sizes, as a pendant or a ceiling light, in white, grey, beige or gold-black. An American oak version comes as a 68 cm pendant only.

Marset
Marset is based in Terrassa, near Barcelona. Its pendants, wall lights and lamps often use materials that aren’t what they seem, and Marset says it aims for light that doesn’t dazzle.
